Is the £10 refundable?
Yes, any time before your Lumi ships. Reply to your confirmation email or write to hello@get-lumi.com and the £10 comes back in full. After it ships, you have 30 days from delivery for a full refund.
Will it judge me?
No. No alarm, no lecture. Lumi just keeps time with you, and it's glad when you finish.
When does it ship?
February 2027, in the order reservations were placed. If the date moves we say so here and by email first, and your £10 stays refundable.
What happens when I finish?
Lumi's glad you did. Big smile, and the XP lands in the app afterwards, never during.
Will it beep at me?
Never. A soft glow on Lumi's amber ring and a gentle buzz, and that's it.
How often do I charge it?
Every couple of days. The battery lasts 2 to 3 days of heavy use, and Lumi charges over USB-C, like most new phones.
iPhone or Android?
Both. The app ships for iPhone and Android at launch.
Who am I paying?
Nestra Brands OÜ, the company behind Lumi. £52 buys Lumi, a USB-C cable and the app. Nothing renews.
