Lumi is built by two students in London. This page says what we collect and what we do with it, in plain words.

What we collect

If you join the waitlist: your email address, plus anything you choose to add in the optional follow-up (who you are, another way to reach you, a message). That's the lot. No account, no password, no payment details.

If you vote on concepts in the lab, the vote is an anonymous counter. It isn't linked to you.

What we use it for

Emailing you about Lumi: a welcome note when you sign up, and updates when there is something worth your time, like early access or the launch. We don't sell or share the list with anyone, and we won't email you about anything that isn't Lumi.

Where it lives

Signups are stored in a private Google Sheet under our Google Workspace account, and emails are sent from waitlist@get-lumi.com through Gmail. The website runs on Vercel. We use Vercel's cookieless analytics to count visits; it doesn't track you across sites and sets no cookies, which is why you don't see a cookie banner here.

How long we keep it

Until Lumi launches and the waitlist has done its job, or until you ask us to remove you, whichever comes first.

Your choices

Want to see what we hold about you, fix it, or be deleted? Email waitlist@get-lumi.com and it's done. Every email we send also comes from a real inbox you can just reply to.
