Who we are

get-lumi.com is run by Nestra Brands OÜ, registry code 17594669, Masina tn 22, Tallinn 10113, Estonia. Write to hello@get-lumi.com with any question.

What we sell today

Lumi is in development. Right now the only thing you can buy is a reservation deposit (£10 in the UK, €12 in the EU) that holds your place for one Lumi. The reservation terms in our refund policy explain what the deposit covers, when the balance is due and how refunds work. They form part of these terms.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in your local currency at checkout and include any taxes we are required to charge. Payments are processed by Shopify Payments. We accept your order when we send the confirmation email.

Product details

Photos and renders show the production design. The final product may differ in detail. Ship dates are estimates; if ours moves, we say so on the site and by email first, and your right to a refund does not change.

Your rights

Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under the law of the country you live in, including your right to a refund of the deposit at any time before your Lumi ships.

Using the site

Please don't misuse the site, copy its content for commercial use or try to disrupt it. The Lumi name, character and designs belong to Nestra Brands OÜ.

Liability

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Law

These terms are governed by Estonian law. If you live in the UK or the EU you can also bring a claim in the courts of your own country.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it.
