What you are paying for

A reservation deposit of £10 holds your place for one Lumi: in the launch batch, or, if you choose it, one of 100 units in the October beta test. It is a deposit toward one Lumi at £69. It is not a purchase of a finished product today: Lumi is in development, with the first production units expected to ship in February 2027.

What happens next

We email you a place number when the deposit clears. Before your unit ships we ask you to confirm your address and pay the £59 balance. Nothing is charged automatically; the balance is only taken with your confirmation. If you do not confirm, your place is released and your deposit is returned.

Refunds

The deposit is refundable in full at any time before your Lumi ships, for any reason. Reply to your receipt email or write to hello@get-lumi.com; refunds go back to the card you paid with, usually within five working days. After your Lumi ships, our standard returns apply: 30 days from delivery for a full refund of everything paid.

Dates and changes

February 2027 is our current estimate. Hardware dates move; if ours does, we say so on the product page and by email before the date, and your right to a refund does not change. The final product may differ in detail from the renders shown, which are of the production design.

Colours

Cream ships first. Other colours shown are planned; a deposit does not lock a colour, and no colour beyond cream is guaranteed for the first units.
